These rifles are sold in good condition and will have mild finish wear throughout. The stocks are USGI surplus and may have dings and dents, but will be free of any cracks or significant damage.

These are used firearms and over 80 years old. They must be cleaned and inspected by a qualified and competent gunsmith before use.

The M1 Garand was originally engineered to fire military M2 Ball .30‑06 ammunition, which operates at roughly 50,000 psi. Many modern commercial .30‑06 loads can exceed 58,000 psi, creating pressures higher than the rifle’s gas system was designed to handle. Because most M1 Garands are now more than 80 years old, standard commercial .30‑06 should not be used unless it is specifically formulated for safe use in the M1 Garand.

2. Shipping Restrictions: Federal Firearms Laws prevent us from shipping firearms directly to you if you do not possess an FFL. Instead, we ship any firearm/assembly/receiver purchased on our site to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) Dealer in your area.

Here’s how it works:

1. Make your purchase online, ensuring you follow all state and local laws. Put your FFL's address and phone number in the shipping field, then your billing information and phone number in the billing address.

2. Your order will remain on hold until we receive a copy of a Federal Firearms License.

3. Find an FFL dealer in your area that will accept the transfer of your firearm. Most dealers, which include sporting goods stores, pawn shops, gunsmiths, and gun stores, are willing to do this for a small fee.

4. Have your dealer email us a copy of their valid and signed FFL to SHIP@DUPAGETRADING.COM. Please make sure your dealer includes your Order Number, as well as your name with the FFL. California orders must also include a CFLC number (your dealer will know what this is).

5. Once your order is ready to ship, we will ship it to your dealer, and you will receive a shipment confirmation via email.

Firearm Purchase Process

Have your dealer FAX or email us a copy of their valid and signed Federal Firearms License(FFL). Our FAX number is (FAX: (480) 664-2490, Emailed copies should be sent to info@dupagetrading.com). Please make sure your dealer includes your Order Number, as well as your name with the FFL. California orders must also include a CFLC number (your dealer will know this).
Once your order is ready to ship, we will ship it to your dealer, and you will receive a confirmation of shipment via email.
Once your dealer receives your firearm, they will contact you and you can complete all the necessary paperwork and pick up your firearm.

Shipping Information

We will ship upon receipt of payment and signed legible copy of dealer's FFL via fax, mail, or email. Please ensure the order number and customer's name are clearly written and included with the FFL copy.
Rifles are shipped via Federal Express Ground and include insurance. Handguns will be shipped 2-Day Express. Tracking numbers are provided if a valid email address is provided at checkout.
All firearms are shipped with "Adult Signature Required". There are no exceptions to this policy.
We DO NOT export firearms, parts, or accessories.
Firearms will be shipped to an FFL dealer only. C&R eligible firearms may ship to active C&R licensees.

All firearms come with a 5-day inspection / return privilege to cover any issue that was NOT noted in the written description -or- shown in the photos of the item. The inspection period begins at time of delivery to your dealer. It is your responsibility to inspect the gun in this time frame and inform Dupage Trading Company, LLC, by phone or e-mail, of any such issue. In the case of a return, buyer pays all shipping. Please ask any questions you may have prior to placing your order. Firearms that have been used, mishandled, or damaged during the 5-day inspection period are not eligible for return.

All firearm sales must be sent to an active FFL. Curio and Relic licenses are permissible as long as the firearm up for sale is classified as a C&R by the ATF.
