MODEL 1903 DRILL RIFLE RECEIVERS. THE RECEIVER HAS A WELD KEEPING THE CUTT OFF IN THE CLOSED POSITION. THIS PREVENTS THE BOLT FROM BEING REMOVED. THE UNSERVICEABLE BARREL IS WELDED TO THE FRONT END OF THE RECEIVER. HI SERIAL NUMBERS, NO PITTING, SHARP MARKINGS. COMES WITH ALL BOLT PARTS [THE TIP OF THE FIRING PIN HAS BEEN GROUND AND THE FIRING PIN HOLE ON THE FACE OF THE BOLT IS WELDED OVER] AN EXTRACTER AND ALL THE TRIGGER PARTS ARE INCLUDED. THE ATTACHED BARREL IS USELESS, IT HAS A ROD WELDED IN THE CHAMBER AND IT IS WELDED TO THE BOTTOM OF THE RECEIVER. THE SIGHT BASE IS NOT RECOVERABLE.
The Federal Government still considers these Drill Rifles as firearms [ 27 CFR § 478.12(c) and (e) ], and all applicable state and federal laws apply. As such, this item can only be shipped to a federal firearms license holder. The purchaser MUST send us a copy of the FFL this firearm will be shipped to. This item is NOT eligible for 03 Curio and Relic licenses.
