Late World War Two inspected M1 stock set. This stock has no rebuild markings, 2 rack numbers 916 on the top of the stock near the butt plate and N36 stamped on the right side of the butt plate area. Dents and bruises mostly confined around the magazine box area, original 79 year old patina, the stock has a repaired crack as indicated on the top of the wrist. The cartouche, crossed cannons, firing proof, and ordinance stock inspector stamp on the bottom of the pistol grip are all visible. A set of closely matching hand guards and original metal components are included.
