Early 1950s vintage M1 rifle stock set. This stock has no cracks, no rebuild markings, no rack numbers, and no repairs. This Korean War vintage stock exhibits a bare minimum of dents or bruises. An original light brown 70 year old plus patina is present, the cartouche, crossed cannons, and firing proof are sharp and distinct. A capital letter A is stamped above the firing proof and the bottom of the pistol grip are 2 small holes and an rectangular outline indicating some kind of identification tag at one time. A set of closely matching hand guards and the stock's original metal components are included.
