1944 Vintage M1 rifle stock set. The stock has no cracks, no repairs. A rifle serial number is stamped on the bottom behind the pistol grip. There are two capital letter P stamps over the original firing proof. The cartouche, crossed cannons, and ordinance stock inspectors stamp on the bottom of the pistol grip are clear and distinct. An arsenal inspection stamp has been applied over the cartouche. Sharp edge to the pistol grip, practically no dents or bruises, some bullet indentations on the right side of the butt area.
