1944 vintage M1 rifle stock. This stock has no cracks, no rebuild markings, and the no repairs. A rack number 4923 is stamped on the pistol grip behind the heel. Some gouges dents and bruises on the right side. Some fellow named Lucho decided to carve his name on the stock. Thanks. The cartouche is visible with the exception of the upper and lower portion of the box due to the curvature of the stock, the crossed cannons and firing proof plus the ordinance inspector stamp on the bottom of the pistol grip are all sharp and distinct. The stock comes with a complete set of original metal components and a set of handguards.
