1943/44 vintage M1 rifle stock set. The stock has no cracks, no rebuild markings, no rack numbers, and no repairs. Very few dents or bruises,a pleasing 75 year old Patina. Sharp edge to the pistol grip indicating the stock has not been over sanded. The cartouche is clear with the exception of the top and bottom part of the box due to the curvature of the stock. The crossed cannons, firing proof, and ordinance stock inspectors small cross cannons on the bottom of the pistol grip are all distinct. A set of closely matching hand guards and original metal components is included
