1950s vintage M1 rifle stock set. This stock has no cracks, no repairs, no rebuild markings. A rack number 57 is stamped on the bottom of the pistol grip. Some nicks and bruises plus a few tiny speckles of white paint leftover from the rack number paint are over a dark brown patina. The trigger housing pads and bottom of the magazine well have been glass bedded indicating possibly a National Match stock. A set of closely matching hand guards and the stock's original metal components are included. The cartouche is stamped upside down !
